Security Center will not open - Windows XP Pro, IE8, Fully patched. Wscui.cpl will not run. I get no errors, either onscreen or in the log. I ran sfc /scannow. I extracted a new copy of wscui.cpl. I scanned the registry for Wscui.cpl and only found 1 reference at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\ControlPanel\ExtendedProperties\{305CA226-D286-B848-2B2E8E697B74}2.
