Security Center service is turned off, Error 1068
I have a Window Security Alert that indicates that the Security Center is turned off. When I attempt to turn it on I get the message:
The Security Center service can't be started.
I tried opening 'services,' clicking 'automatic' under 'security center properties' (it was set as automatic delay mode before) and tried pushing 'start.' When I did that, I got the message: Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.
How can I fix this?

Hi, you said.. "In Security Centre's Properties in Services there is a Dependency tab. Make
sure each service on that tab is started."
Okay. So here the dependencies are 'Remote Procedure Call (RPC)'
and 'Windows Management Instrumentation'
Thanks for the clues! This'll help when trying to fix other services that won't run too.
