Security Apps
Ok, I've been on this forum for a while, asking W7 questions, and I haven't really understood... Do I need to get security apps for W7, or does it have it all built in, like Mac OSX? If I do need to get some, what type? I have my own list of apps I use on XP, but don't know what I need/don't need for W7.

To answer your questions, Windows Firewall is built-in Windows 7. The firewall can protect the system to avoid malware. However, it cannot remove virus and you stillneedinstallone antivirus program toavoid virus and spyware, such as Microsoft Security Essentials (which is a free antivirus program). After installing the antivirus program, youshouldkeep the virus definition update and scan the system in a regular time. To do this, the system will be protected and stable. In addition, I have enclosed Windows 7 Compatibility Center link below and you can find the compatible software for Windows 7.Windows 7 Compatibility Center Thanks,Novak
