I am attempting to download a link in order to give tech support remote access to this computer. However, when I attempt to dowload the link a "pop-up" box says my security settings will not allow download. I am the administrator for this computer but it will not allow me to change any of the security settings. How to I go about changing these?

Hi, Make sure in your internet option box under security that you go to Local intranet and make sure it is not set on high.
