Securing Windows 7 laptops
I'm concerned about securing the information on Windows 7 laptops. Is whole-disk encryption still the only solution? Once someone has physical access to the laptop (or desktop for that matter), SAM passwords are useless. I wish Microsoft would harden up
the account security so that someone can't boot the system from a USB drive, run a utility and just reset the passwords.

If you use Bitlocker your laptop will be always protected. You wont have to worry about anything. If a theft take your latop he wont gain access to your information because nowadays, Bitlocker is inviolable.
