After install, if users need to install or make any system changes it should prompt for PhAdmin credentials. Please let me also know if there is a windows\ free 3^rd party tool used to display which App is using which port; this can be used to set the firewall with proper exceptions. You will see the port and PID number, then check the PID number on Windows Task Manager, there are descriptions about the related PID and program name.
