Securing Windows 7 Mobile Broadband Profile
Hi All, I am trying to lock the settings of the Mobile Broadband Profile on Windows 7 machines. The APN we are using is very specific with a user name and password that cannot be given to the users. We are using the automated script in the Mobile Broadband guide to install the profile but I need to be able to stop the users from trying to change the profile as if they get the password wrong the entire account (300+) machines will be disabled from the carrier. Is there a way to allow users to see the signal indicator but not allow them to get access to the profile with Group Policy of Registry ? Thanks all

Try policies in User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Network\Network Connections. Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. ”
