Second Display Option
Hi, Pleases suggest us for the Following given reqirement. Our Laptop runnign with Win 7 and connected an External Monitor also , getting the same screen projected to both of the displays , now the requirement its like : 1. The Screen Can be Splitted from the Primary User (Logged in to the system) allowing the other users(Workign with External Display) to use one of running applications like : There is a Finance Head working on mutiple Applicaton , on the same time he want to allow his executive to check the Excel Sheet Report, so The Finance Team will Split The Screen giving Access only to that Application. 2. The Primary Users Desktop should not be visible to The Seconday Users. 3. The Splitted Screen can also be changed from each other as per the requirement. We observed the same setup in Few of the Offices but not able to do it, please guide me for the same. Thanks Gurudayal Sahu

Gurudayal, To use your example, if you make the screen that the Finance head uses the primary screen, the user using the secondary screen will NOT be able to access anything on the other screen nor will he have access to the taskbar. Is that what you want? Is so just select Extend My Windows desktop check box while focused in the secondary display. Troy

Hold the Windows key on the keyboard, then press the letter P until the projector mode you wish to use is selected. To also use Presentation mode as well, press Windows-X to open the Mobile Computer Center, then use the presentation options. If this was helpful, please vote by clicking the green triangle. Dear Shawn, I am really thankful to the team giving me the different options to work on it. While going through the above options able to extend the screen but need some more flexibility like allowing each of the users to work on their respective Screen through a separate Kb/Mouse connected. Thanks GurudayalGurudayal Sahu
