Is it possible to create a search scope with a search filter with referenced object. 

For example for users i want to look for a user whose the manager is ABC ? 

Is it possible ?

If I get this right. You want the filter to say only users reporting to ABC??

Actually in edition user RCDC i have a Picker which references all external users, so in the searchScope i want to be able to search a user whose manager is ABC for example.

I think this is possible, and easily tested.  Create a SET with the same criteria.  If it works there, works under the search scope

Actually in the search scope it is dynamic, when i put ABC in the searchText and click search it should be show me the users reported to ABC. 

Understand, but it is the same concept.  If you want to test the concept, the SET will do. Or simply create the search scope and test it.  I think it works.
