Search result highlight in Conversation History?

Hi all,

Since we started using Outlook 2013 and Lync 2013 (now Skype for Business), searching the Conversation History does find the relevant conversations, but does not highlight the search terms in the found conversations. (They were highlighted when searching in Lync 2010 + Outlook 2010). Search results are highlighted when searching in other folders.

Also, if I open a conversation history item by double-clicking on it, the search function does not work, the search window doesn't pop up. Again, this only occurs with conversation history items, the search function does work in other e-mails.

I have tried copying a random conversation history item into another folder and the issue was the same, so I suspect the problem might be caused by the format in which conversation history is saved.

Is there any way to fix this? While it is not a crushing issue, it is annoying as it makes it more difficult to find info received in previous conversations.

Hi Yoav,

Yes, it is set like this. (I tried to attach a screenshot as proof but I apparently can't.)

Also, searching works well in other folders, only in Conversation History not.
