I am recently having problems with windows search. At first it allways said 'No items to match your search'. Then i rebulded the index-es. Then only the programs poped up in the results, but still no files ( i left my computer overnight to build indexes). But the most frustrating thing is when i click see more results, the explorer window which usually opens just opens and quickly closes. I tried several tips with registry entries and nohing worked. Is there anything i can do except system restore or repair?

Problem resolved by removing (programs and features) and adding search as feature
