I want to permit the search with the contains expression in IdentityPicker, is that possible ?

In fact I tried to use the advanced filter but it has his limits  :$

The solution when making a resolution on an identity picker is to make a search like this 

%String_To_Search when you resolve, FIM will shows objects containing the String_To_Search?
