I have a black screen with the writing in bottom right corner or Window Vista(TM) Build 6000 This is not genuine. I am currently offshore in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico. I hook into a laptop via a mobile phone connection. I am unable to do so. When calling 18774446799 i am either disconnected due to the length of time waiting(this is not cheap with the going Petrocom charges). I cannot acccess any of the 4 options given on the screen for activation. It states "your activation period has expired" How long is the progam suppose to last? I just purchased it in August installed and activated it the same day. What did I do wrong? How can I correct it? Not like I can just go to the store and fix it (104 miles off the coast of Texas). I cannot get into the command prompt I cannot shut it down with task manager either I am STUCK on the BLACK SCREEN. Oh and the cd rom will not work either!!!!!
