Hi

I have recently downloaded windows enterprise evaluation version but its valid only fro 90 days meanwhile when i am trying to increase or change screen resolution i am not able to change its fixed to 1024*720 how change increase the Screen resolution should i purchase a Key to change the resolution.

Help me out regarding this i just want to check all features in windows 8.1 if am satisfied i will buy a key and install the version.

Inter Core i3 processor

CPU 2.20 GHz

RAM:6 GB

Dell

No i dont think its related to graphic card,Meanwhile i will try to update my Dell graphic card drivers

previous i used to use Windows 8 professional and in that i got an option to change screen resolution i have updated to windows 8.1 enterprise and encountered this problem.

Please let me know do i need to check or do anything else.

Do you have a second monitor?  See what you get with Win-P?

I mean you Dell detail model, example: Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series 2-in-1

some of OEM Windows 8 laptop "maybe" not ready yet to upgrade to Windows 8.1 due lack of driver or compatibility hardware that maybe caused this issue
