Screen Flashing and Drop Down Menus appear, But Disappear before Clicking
Last week I installed the newest Norton anti-virus program. Last night the entire computer went haywire. My drop down menus appear when clicked, but disappear before I can click on anything. All programs, when opened, "flash" and some don't work at all.1 person needs an answerI do too
