Hi,

I have an 43'' HDMI Samsung TV. I also have a windows 8.1 hp desktop computer with an 27'' HDMI hp Monitor. I also have and HDMI cable. How can I make the computer communicate with the TV using the HDMI cable, so I can get internet TV channels on the TV?

since you have HP and you mention 27inch, I assume you have HP Omni, please check this documents

I suggest you contact HP for this issue since different manufactured have different graphic card configuration and setting
