RECENTLY INSTALLED A DELL FLAT PANEL TO MY DELL DEMENSION DESK TOP, PRIOR TO DOING THIS THE COMPUTER RAN GREAT, NOW WHEN I TURN IT ON AND LOG IN IT SHOWS A SYSTEM32 WINDOW WITH ALL THE FILES IN IT. AND THE SYSTEM IS REALLT REALLY SLOW1 person needs an answerI do too
