Are you using a custom software or interface through Internet explorer?

If you are, try to disable Data Execution Prevention mode via Internet Options.  Click on the "Advanced" tab. Uncheck the box next to "Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks." This option is located under the "Security" section.

If youre a developer and have this issue, Id suggest that we post at MSND forum. There you can get more effective suggestion by other experts who familiar with design of Windows. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
