I have a desktop with WINDOWS XP home edition...When i try to start my pc...after the windows logo appears, a blue screen appears showing me the message I wrote above.I don't have the WINDOWS XP CD to reinstall my operating system.Can I just download kernel32.dll online, and then reinstall it on my pc or must I reinstall all windows xp?If so...HOW I DO THAT???
