I just bought a new PNY CS2111 240GB SSD to upgrade my 120GB SSD. I do not have an adapter... can you recommend any software that would be good for clone from my current SSD to the new SSD if I installed it in my case. I don't have a data transfer cable, and was looking to see how feasible it is to clone with software alone. Thanks.

Base on my knowledge, the easiest way is use a special external data cable to connect the new ssd to your PC, and then copy the data from old ssd to new one.
