HI!

I'm a having problem opening  the 3D HOME ARCHITECT because of this SS32D25.DLL problem a pop up show "the program cant start because ss32d25.dll is missing from your computer.Try re installing the program to fix the problem" and tried re installing but it didn't work and also updated windows 8 to 8.1 but still no use ,could you please help me to fix this?

Have you tried to run sfc/scannow and check if it helps? It can detect some files and automatically repair them.

Run a virus scan in case some malware\virus cause the issue.

Manually Register SS32D25.DLL using the following cmd:

Open cmmand prompt with admin privileges

• Type the following command: regsvr32 /u SS32D25.DLL
• Hit ENTER. This will UN-REGISTER your file.
• Type the following command: regsvr32 /i SS32D25.DLL.
• Hit ENTER. This will RE-REGISTER your file.
