SPLWOW64.exe causing not responding errors
The issue I am experiencing is as follows. When using Word 2010 I am unable to change the orientation of pages e.g. from portrait to landscape. I have the same issue when using open office software. When I try to change the orientation I get
a problem with the program "not responding" I am also Now unable to print from my laptop to my printer over the home network. The printer is an Epson SX400 it is NOT wireless it is shared over my network. Again when I try to print I keep
getting" not responding" errors. On the internet I found out how to find out what was causing the error and when I check resource manager it always says that the program is waiting on splwow64.exe how do i resolve this issue?
My laptop is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit operating system. My pc which the printer is connected to is Windows 7 Profesional 32 bit operating system.
I have been facing this issue for a few weeks now, I cant think of anything that has changed off the top of my head. Its the same computer that the printer is connected to and the same laptop that I am trying to print from.
I also cant understand why I cant change page orientation is this relevant to my printer also?
Thanks
