I guess you are infecting with Malware. You could insert Windows XP CD and process with booting and repair install. You also could use Anti-Virus rescue tools.I suggest to contact Microsoft Malware Removal Support:https://consumersecuritysupport.microsoft.com/default.aspx?productkey=pcsafetymalware&faq=1&mytask=diagnosticsYou could use this tools:http://www.f-secure.com/en_EMEA/security/tools/rescue-cd/

Doing a repair install on an infected machine is futile and the rest of the information you give is scattershot. To "alitaptap" - Your logon is failing, possibly because of malware or other profile corruption caused by failing hardware. There is no way to tell which it is without working with the machine hands-on. There are some things you can try but all of them require a fairly high level of computer skills. You know yourself best and whether you should take the machine to a reputable local professional. If you decide to do this, don't use a BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of place.Try and log into the built-in Administrator account. In XP Home, boot the computer into Safe Mode. Do this by repeatedly tapping the F8 key as the computer is starting up. This will get you to the right menu. Navigate using your Up arrow key; the mouse will not work here. Once in Safe Mode, you will see the normally hidden Administrator account. The default password is a blank. In XP Pro, you do not need to go into Safe Mode. At the Welcome Screen, do Ctrl-Alt-Del twice to get the classic Windows logon box. Type in "Administrator" and whatever password you assigned when you set up Windows. If you have XP Pro or Media Center and were using the built-in Administrator account for your regular work and it is therefore the only user account on the system, all work will need to be done with specialized rescue CDs outside of Windows. If you are able to log into the built-in Administrator account, go through the malware removal steps described at the link below. Do not skip the preparatory work.http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Removing_MalwareIf you aren't able to log into the built-in Administrator (or you have XP Pro/Media Center and were using the built-in Administrator account), you may be able to see what's happening on the system and examine the winlogon entry in the registry by using a Bart's PE or other specialized rescue system. If you don't have the computer skills/equipment to do any of this but don't want to pay a professional, then back up your data from outside of Windows, test the hardware to make sure it is sound, and do a clean install of Windows. Please let me know if you need information about doing any of that. Please include some description of your computer and what version of XP you have - Home/Pro/Media Center.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!

Contacting support is free for Malware and support team from Microsoft could guide user and also by inspecting issue try to find a overall solution or setup a new knowledge base or update. Support team would know how to guide user. This scenario mustly cause by Malware and damage registry entry that F-secure or many rescue tools could help the user.

I don't question that the OP is probably infected. I do think that doing a repair install on an infected machine is incorrect advice. And I don't think that telephone malware removal is useful or effective. EOT for me.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
