SEND TO MAIL RECIPIENT option is missing in Windows XP Home Edition
My O/S is Windows XP Home Edition (5.1.2600) and my Email is MS Office Outlook 2003 (11.8313.8221 SP3). When I'm in a file folder, (pictures) the SEND TO MAIL RECIPIENT option is missing. When it was there, I would select it, the click the radial on the ensuing dialogue box to "minimize" the picture size. The SEND TO MAIL RECIPIENT option is gone today. I don't know when it went away, why (perhaps as part of a recent automatic update?), or how to restore it.
