SCEP Email Alerts Stopped Working in SCCM 2012 R2

System Center 2012 R2 alerts for SCEP have stopped sending emails upon an infection.  Some infections, not all, are still being reported under the monitoring tab but an email is no longer sent.  I have tried to test with the EICAR test files and nothing was reported under monitoring. I tested the email through SCCM and it is working.

This happened once before and I deleted the subscription and added it back to get it working again.  This time, no luck.  Any help is appreciated.

I've been having this same problem also on SCCM 2012 R2 for quite awhile now. Sometimes it sends an email and sometimes it doesn't, but it always shows up in the console. I had one this morning that did not send an email. I have checked the NotiCtrl.log and there is nothing. I go back a couple weeks ago it worked and it shows all the entries and where it sent the email.  Also same virus just a different machine. Again some work others don't I have my alert settings set for All detections are High.

Any other logs that can be checked?
