I keep getting a Runtime error msg that ultimately results in my internet connections being shut down. I have XP and connect to the net thru Verizon FIOS using MSN Premium. The Verizon tech I spoke with today says I have a corrupted file and need to download a replacement from Microsoft. I don't know how to do this. Can someone help? Thanks. The file is c:\ProgramFiles\MSN\MSNCoreFiles\msn.exe2 people need an answerI do too
