Hi, i made a batch fille to run service as user ABC but the service fails to start as soon as i change the password by doing right click on the service and going to the property the service starts working. before running the batch file the user has been created in the AD and able to logon to the domain in the PC. i use: RunServerAs.exe -domainservice ServiceName Account Password runserveras.exe is version 1.0.0.14 do you have any suggetions?

The runserveras.exe you mentioned is not a Microsoft program. We cannot be assure that if it is compatible with Windows Server 2008 and Windows clients. Since the services can run after you manually change the password, there should not any issue in the services.
