I have a scheduled task set to run under an admin user. If I am logged in with this user account, the task will run fine. But if I am logged in with a different user account which ALSO has admin rights, the task will still run but it doesn't appear to be running with highest priveleges. The reason I believe it's not running with highest priveleges is because the task I'm running opens an excel worksheet, and when logged in as a different user it can't access the worksheet. but when I am logged in with the same user account that the task is set to run under, the task is able to open the worksheet. I have the "Run whether user is logged on" checked and I also have "Run with highest privileges" checked. So my question, can a task only be run with highest priveleges if you are logged in with the account that the task runs under?
