How can do a appwiz.cpl or services.msc run command and have it open with elevated privileges? I've been quite accustom to opening console like this for a while now on XP. I hope I don't have to type out a whole runas command to get these to run as administrator....

Click the start button and in the search bar type in the desired command then at the top left click on the result and select run as administrator. I had not even thought of that. Good enough for me!

I have tried this, but I still get a message that the administrator, (me), has disabled this feature. If I log on as myself I can run appwiz.cpl, but how can I do it logged on as a non-admin user?
