Is there a way to export a specific Export Run from the Run-History along with what specifically were modified using powershell or some other automated way? I have a number of modifications and can't do it manually.

I think you can only export a specific Run profile based on datetime like this :

Please remember that if you use such script, it would be better to run it with every synchronization cycle scheduled as at a specific point of time you don't see old changes - you can view that for example two days before there were 50 objects changed, but what was the values? FIM doesn't display the values if they were changed again after that point of time - you can only view current state of object and connector space.
