There's nothing wrong with the forum placement unless your questions don't have anything to do with performance. Even then, you'll probably get an answer if someone knows it. Remember that although there are Microsoft support people in the forums, most of the people who help out (like me) are volunteers who don't work for Microsoft. Maybe your questions weren't clear. Maybe no one knows the answer. Maybe the person who does know the answer is taking the weekend off to go to the beach. Or sleeping.I see 7 posts from you, including this one.
