Rotated icon disappears
Photos in Windows Explorer disappear from view after performing rotation. Using Wikndows 7. Appears file is still there, but cannot see the link or photo.

Are the folders Hidden?
Open Windows Explorer. Click the Tools menu on the top of the menu bar, and then click on
Folder Options. Click the View tab. Now place a tick in the
Show hidden files, folders and drives option as shown below, and then click the
Apply button.
Now go back to Explorer and see if you can find your folders.
Check to see that the photo's don't exist in other shell folders?
1. Click and in the search box type
shell:PicturesLibrary and hit enter.
2. The result should look like this:
3. Click the folder, and see if it takes you to your pictures.
4. Also try the same thing with these shell commands:
shell:SamplePictures
shell:SampleVideos
shell:UsersLibrariesFolder
shell:VideosLibrary
shell:My Pictures
shell:My Video
shell:Recent
shell:CommonPictures

Do you have malware on your system that may be tampering with your folders?
