I have to create roaming profile for our some users here s the scenario The user profile should be deleted from the local pc once they log off (Each time they log on should be created newly .Because there are some users have admin privilage they can open and see ).And i need to set the quota Please help

If I'm correct you can put their profile path inside the home folder path and that should solve it - in the cost of higher network usage. Or you can simply encrypt the files you wanna keep safe. If you still insist on the whole roaming and deleting profile, you can make a script and put it in GPO somewhere.
