Not sure i understand what you are trying to do.

You have a Microsoft account that is admin of the workstation you want to revert back to a local account and want to know if he will still be administrator?

If so go to your account settings and under your account just disconnect the Microsoft account. They will ask you to enter your MS account info to validate you are who you say you are. After they will ask you to create a new account. Normally the new account get about the same right as the hold one.

But to make sure create a dummy admin account before hand in case.

Hope this help

Hi Frederick,

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately is not what i'm trying to achieve.

I have a admin account who is currently a Microsoft account (that is correct)
But I want to switch that account to a local one trough another admin account.
Is that is possible ?

The only thing you could do at this point if you don't want to log using the account you are trying to disconnect is to delete that account from the windows 8.1 machine.

with your current admin account go to User account, manage other users and select the one you want to remove.
