Thanks Arthur Xie. This was not the issue that I was having but it did point me in the right direction. My Win 7 machine is not using the virtual machine option. This has been disabled. I found by problem to be with the registry settings "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version", “BuildLab” = “7601.win7sp1_rtm.101119-1850”. The expected value for this setting is “7601.win7sp1-gdr.110622-1506”. Making this change resolved my issue. Thanks. mrtr8
