We have requirementfor restricting the owner of Web mail to change the prefference settings of the mailbox. Ex. Changing the language setting etc.1 person needs an answerI do too

I interpreted your post to mean that you didn't want a webmail user to be able to change their preferences. Therefore I said that any restrictions on the webmail software would have to be done at the host's level. For example, if you wanted to limit a user's Yahoo Mail options, those restrictions would be set in the Yahoo Mail software or on its server. (Obviously Yahoo would never do this - it's just an example.) Howevever, perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question. What exactly are you trying to do? In what situation? On a domain workstation, on your webserver? You haven't provided details of your computers, your network, or what you mean by "owner of Web mail".
