Restoring your previous version of windows STUCK

So lately I wanted to switch back to a previous version of windows.

I went from Windows 10 [Downloaded] and wanted Windows 8 back why? It's bad for gaming - I got up to only 10 or lower fps rarely 20-30

So I do it now i'm stuck in some type of Loop If you have any solution please help.

Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM (if necessary) if you are on win 8 or higher
