You cannot "restore" an older version of windows.Assuming you still have the install disk, you can reinstall Vista whenever you like.

Only way you may be able to get Vista back is if you have a Vista Disc, manufacturers recovery disk, or manufacturers recovery partition. If you have any of these then what you most likely will have to do is install the Windows 7 Beta disk and then format the partition where Windows 7 beta is located. After formatting is done then you can remove the Windows 7 Beta disk and then restart the computer and use any of the options I gave... original Vista install disk, manufacturer recovery disk, or manufacturer recovery partition. If you have a manual that came with your computer I am sure it will tell you how to restore or recover Vista using the manufacturers recovery disk or recovery partition. If by chance you built your own computer or it is a used computer that did not come with the manual then I suggest you find the manual on the manufacturers web site.
