At every startup a Windows message appears saying "Restarting your computer is required". The message further says "The computer must be restarted before updating can continue. Would you like to restart now?"If the response is yes, the computer reboots and the same message appears. If the response is no, the message disappears and the computer functionsnormally.please, anyone else have this problem and/or fix?

From whatI remember it's caused by adobe updater. A. Typemsconfig in the search or run box.B. Select the startup tab.C. uncheck adobe updater.

D. Look in Task Scheduler in the topmost folder, else the RestartManager folder further down.
