Response Group Deploy Failure (Lync Server 2013)

Hello guys,

Got a bit of problem here and I'm going nuts with it.

I'm trying to configure interactive response group, when I hit deploy it gives me an error "contact already exists with Tel:+442**** and sip:abc@abc.com

I have only 5 users in my AD and none of these users have the attribute (telephone number) assigned to them.

This is a new Setup. Hence I don't have any user with the sip address abc@abc.com

Any ideas where or how can I find deploy the response group?

Thanks

Grenald

Hello Anthony

Thanks for your reply.

Tried the first scripts, the results are none.

For Second script, it displays the list of active users on the lync server. But none them has assigned LineUri.

Between I tried creating a new user on the AD (abc@abc.com) then enable this user on Lync Server, this gives an error "Filter Failed  to return unique results, "[SipAddress: sip: abc@abc.com]"

which tell me that this users is already exists somewhere on the lync server but how do I find it?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Finally found it.

Found the object using ADSI Edit tool.

The objects Identity was stored in:

CN=Configuration --> CN=Services --> CN=RTC Service --> CN=Application

In my case the object Identity was named as {8ffb24a3-ec09-417b-b96d-2b1fccd87911}

Hope this helps someone having the same issue.

Thanks

What was the identity related to, can you see a name or description in ADSIEdit?  Did you delete it or modify it?

Sorry for the delay in replying.

Yes I deleted the Identity. If you open the identity then you can see the Name and the Telephone number associated with that identity.

Best Wishes
