I recently installed citrix onto my PC and am looking to work from home. I keep receiving this message when I try to access my companies VPN. I have already added the site to my trusted network as well as compatibility. PLEASE HELP.

Please follow the steps to solve the problem.

1. Disable Protected Mode in Internet Explorer.

2. Add Website as an exception to the IE Pop-up Blocker.

3. Find Internet Explorer Options > Programs > Manage Add-ons, then disable the Citrix ICA add-on to make it work consistently.

4. Change ICA association as Citrix receiver
