Resize Partition
I use windows 8.1 on My Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series Laptop . I got a problem in Windows 8.1 Update KB 2019355 (it install 99% and roll back ) i fix this issue on my friends laptop. I resize Active & Boot Partition 100 MB to 700 MB by mini tool partition manager. but on my laptop i cant do that because my active and boot partition is FAT32 Format and i cant resize it. how i fix this???

You might want to try a different 3rd party app called easeUS partition magic as it can resize FAT32 partitions.  I am curious as to why a 100 Mb partition is marked "active".  The active partition should be the partition that the OS is installed on
