Hi, someone has messed around with my Windows Defender settings (disabled and unchecked almost everything). I'd like to set them back to the default values. Is there something I can do in the registry? I disabled and re-enabled Defender but it seems to maintain the previous state. Hi, well, I recommend you install Microsoft Security Center Essentials . An advanced version of Windows Defender is also included. It's much better then the stand-alone Defender, and it's free. Regards
