User cannot rename files on the network. She is owner of the files and folders. I can rename them if I'm on the server. I can rename them if I'm connected to the share. Tried taking ownership and giving it back to her, still can't rename. Similar posts pointed at SEP, but I don't see anything in our configuration that would cause this and only a couple of users are reporting it on specific folders.

Problem caused by Sync Center. Disabled offline files and renaming works just fine.
