Hello, I am trying to find how to remove my administrator password. I know the password, but I want to remove it. My hard drive is failing (working intermittently now), but in order to be able to use a SATA/USB converter to extract information from it, I need to remove the password, because I can't access the folders while it is set up as an external USB drive (the folders don't allow access, and don't give an opportunity to enter a password). So, I need to remove the administrator password - not just change it, but make it so there is no longer a password there.1 person got this answerI do too
