Removing Item from my Task Bar on Desktop__
How do I remove an item (red circle w/white "X" in it) from my Task Bar located on the bottom right of my screen? I keep getting a ballon notification popping up from it stating: Fatal Error: Windows cant play the following video files...etc ot Critical Media Error: Your Codec is corrupt....bla bla When I click on it I end up at a site trying to sell me WinCodecPro software. It also automatically changes the size of all the fonts on my screen (larger) when I click on it. Its annoying as heck. Sorry folks, Im a technical zero and admittedlly terrible at working thru these problems on the computer on my own.....please help. Ive tried quite a bit on my own but cant figure it out.Update: I downloaded Malwarebytes and it cleared up all my problems. Thanks.2 people got this answerI do too
