Okay, so out of no where my iTunes will not open. I removed it then reinstalled it and still nothing. I googled a couple things and a lot of people said they had the same problem because they had Norton 360 firewall on. I used to have norton but removed it months ago. I went under Windows Security Center and it shows that Windows Firewall is off, but that Norton 360 firewall is ON. Not sure what to do, because I removed Norton through the Add/Remove. I have Windows Vista also.

Uninstalling Norton using the add/remove programs or programs and features does not completely remove Norton. you must use the downloadable utility to completely remove Norton.
