Just purchased the computer used at business office and at startup it fails to load windows because of ethernet failure. How do I remove that for normal startup and still be able to use cad programs and connect to web?1 person needs an answerI do too

If Windows isn't loading then you have hardware failure. Take the computer back to where you bought it and get your money back.
