Hi, We have installed windows sp1 to our offic PC and we notice that one of patches that we unwanted KB2345886 was included in the service pack. is there anyway we can remove the specific patches after we installed windows 7 SP1? Regards,

No, you can't remove a special fix from a Service Pack. The issues only occurred on Windows 7 without Sp1. In this case the update had some issue.
