i am in a situation where not able to find any proper answer, i would be very thank full if anyone can help me with this.

we have lync 2013 stnd server with edge & reverse Proxy server, now if i send an meeting request to someone outside the organization they are able to join the meeting through lync webApp and i can share my desktop with them but they are not able to request for control and at my side give control option to presenter option is showing disabled. any idea if it is possible or not and if it is possible then how?

Review your Conferencing Policy, most likely you have to adjust the Application Sharing to allow Federated and anonymous participants to take control, see: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj721910%28v=ocs.15%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396 (specifically item 16).
